Your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number (optional), order details, and payment confirmation. We need this to process and deliver your order — it's the basis of our agreement with you. Without it, we can't ship to you.

No. Payments are handled directly by our payment providers — Shopify Payments, Klarna, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We never see or store your full card number. If you pay with Klarna, Klarna may carry out its own assessment under its own privacy policy.

We store your login details and order history so you can check out faster next time. You can delete your account at any time by emailing us.

We use it to send you skincare emails and offers, and nothing else. We store it until you unsubscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and withdrawing your consent is as easy as giving it.

Our website uses cookies for basic functionality, analytics, and — only if you agree via the cookie banner — advertising measurement (for example Meta and TikTok pixels). Strictly necessary cookies keep the site and checkout working. You can change or withdraw your cookie choices at any time through the banner.

Only the partners we need to run the store, and only what they need:

• Shopify — our e-commerce platform, hosting and checkout
• Payment providers — to process your payment
• Shipping carriers — your name, address, and contact details for delivery
• Our email platform — to send newsletters you signed up for
• Advertising and analytics partners — only with your cookie consent

We never sell your personal data.

Some of our providers (such as Shopify) may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where that happens, the transfer is protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, receive a copy of it, restrict or object to how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email info@alurea.com and we'll handle it within one month.

If you think we're mishandling your data, you can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

Every page of our website uses SSL encryption, and access to our systems is restricted and controlled. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to keep your data safe.
